We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior General Service Officer to join our team in Addis Ababa. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our organization by managing a wide range of general services, including facilities, transportation, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to general services, including transport, security, utilities, and maintenance.
- Implement and maintain systems for effective asset tracking and fleet management.
- Supervise all facility management activities to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Manage procurement and administration of office supplies, service contracts, and administrative logistics.
- Lead and guide the General Services team to deliver timely and efficient support across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in general services or office administration.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in logistics or the transport sector is an added advantage.
