Job Summary:
Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the role ensures the provision of efficient MIS services, including:
- Systems development
- Networking
- Database management
- Security administration
Additionally, the role involves:
- Planning, designing, and implementing creative digital marketing strategies
- Enhancing the company’s brand image and online presence
- Preparing graphic designs to introduce the company
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Department/Service: Office of the Chief Executive Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the company’s MIS services
- Formulates strategies and policies for an integrated MIS
- Coordinates the design, development, implementation, and safety of established systems
- Determines the configuration required for processing management information
- Advises on the operation, maintenance, and development of information systems
- Provides ongoing training and guidance to users of the information systems
- Directs the analysis of problems to determine causes of system malfunctions
- Follows preventative maintenance programs and identifies systematic malfunctions
- Analyzes users' requirements to determine configurations and system needs
- Establishes and enforces standard guidelines for IT security administration
- Initiates improvements in existing information systems
- Conducts analysis and oversees MIS projects
- Reorganizes the MIS by reassigning areas and removing dead records
- Prepares and issues laboratory information and documentation
- Maintains the availability, security, and integrity of information
- Designs creative marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements
- Develops branding materials and ensures consistent use of the company’s brand identity
- Creates visually appealing presentations and promotional videos
- Collaborates with departments to design communication materials
- Manages photography and video production for campaigns
- Assists in developing digital marketing campaigns
- Supports website content updates and graphic improvements
- Designs and maintains promotional templates for campaigns
- Performs other related duties as required
Qualification:
- M.Sc/B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field
- 4-6 years in MIS, IT jobs, or software development
