Job Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Site Engineer with 3+ years of experience in civil construction. The ideal candidate will manage on-site activities, ensure project quality, and maintain safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations
- Ensure project execution aligns with designs and specifications
- Monitor progress and report regularly
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Prepare site reports and maintain documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of site experience
- Strong knowledge of construction practices
- Able to read technical drawings and specifications
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is a plus
