Job Description
The Professional Development Program offers fresh graduates a 6-12 months rotational experience across key departments within a function. Trainees will spend 70% of their time on-the-job, gaining practical experience, and the rest in structured classroom and digital training focused on technical and soft skills.
With close mentorship and coaching, participants will develop a strong understanding of the business and their area of specialization. Upon successful completion, they will be offered permanent roles aligned with their strengths and company needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in department rotations and complete assigned tasks.
- Engage in on-the-job learning with close supervision and coaching.
- Attend training sessions and complete learning modules.
- Work on individual or group projects and present outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams and contribute to daily operations.
- Receive and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company values.
Skills, Experience & Education
- Only graduates of 2017 E.C or 2025 G.C with BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration and Information System, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management and related fields of studies.
- 2.75 CGPA is the minimum requirement to apply for the program.
- Must have passed the national exit exam.
- The company may decide/change the minimum CGPA for shortlisting based on the number of applicants.
