Metropolitan Real Estate is looking for “senior sales professionals” who have a strong background in the Ethiopian real estate market, are passionate about sales, have a deep understanding of the real estate market, have proven success in sales, and are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the high image, reputation, and credibility of the company and its apartment units.
• Use your best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units and promote sales diligently.
• Require a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Meet sales goals by monitoring progress.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business, or a related field.
• Above 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience.
• Proven success in Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with real estate software (CRM systems, property databases, etc).
