Metropolitan Real Estate is looking for “senior sales professionals” who have a strong background in the Ethiopian real estate market, are passionate about sales, have a deep understanding of the real estate market, have proven success in sales, and are committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the high image, reputation, and credibility of the company and its apartment units.
- Use your best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units and promote sales diligently.
- Require a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Meet sales goals by monitoring progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business, or a related field.
- Above 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience.
- Proven success in Sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding sales and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with real estate software (CRM systems, property databases, etc).
